This is the recruitment site for Life Techno Service, which operates many nursing care facilities in Mie Prefecture.
For you, our new colleague, we provide support not only in your work but also in your daily life.
There is company housing near the work facility. Rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, and air conditioning. The shared kitchen has a refrigerator, rice cooker, and microwave.
For the first few months after joining, a senior employee will be paired with you to teach the basics of caregiving and the rules of the facility. Please don't worry, even if you are new to caregiving.
There is no distinction in salary or treatment based on nationality. You will be evaluated based on the same standards as Japanese employees, according to your years of service and work proficiency.
We regularly plan day trips for employees and participation in local festivals. You can experience Japanese culture while interacting with your colleagues.
There are dedicated staff to support your daily life. Feel free to consult them about banking procedures and daily concerns.
For our residents, we plan events according to the seasons in Japan. During the summer festival, we give a yukata to each staff member. We create memories while having fun together.
We introduce life in Japan and work at Life Techno Service's care facilities through videos.

Our company supports qualification acquisition. For various qualifications necessary for work, such as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and the Certified Care Worker qualification, we have systems for fee subsidies and congratulatory payments.
Your entry is complete once you submit the application form. The screening process will begin based on the submitted content.
We will ask you to send detailed documents for hiring, such as your resume and visa. We will inform you of the necessary documents for each job type, so please apply with confidence.
